徐盛邦醫師畢業於中山醫學大學，實習期間獲頒內科部最佳實習醫師(2009)。

畢業後於台北新光醫院接受完整的內科及內分泌專科訓練。期間獲頒內科部優秀總醫師(2013)、最佳教學總醫師(2013)。

曾服務於台中慈濟醫院、中國醫藥大學附設醫院、長安醫院，擔任新陳代謝科主治醫師。於中國醫大服務期間獲得優良主治醫師(2019)、優良教學主治醫師(2019)。

Dr. Hsu Shengpang graduated from Sun Yat-sen Medical University and was awarded the Best Intern in the Department of Internal Medicine (2009) during his internship.

After graduation, he received complete specialist training in internal medicine and endocrinology at Taipei Shin Kong Hospital. During this period, he was awarded the Outstanding Chief Physician (2013) and the Best Teaching Chief Physician (2013) of the Department of Internal Medicine.

He has served in Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital, China Medical University Hospital, and Chang'an Hospital as an attending physician in the Department of Metabolism. While serving at China Medical University, he was awarded the title of Excellent Attending Physician (2019) and Excellent Teaching Physician (2019).
